Benjamin Steakhouse Roppongi

New York's premier steakhouse in Tokyo

Rated as one of the premier steakhouses in New York by Zagat, Benjamin Steakhouse established itself as a top New York steakhouse after opening in 2006. With three locations in New York City, Benjamin Steakhouse has opened its first international location in Roppongi, Tokyo. As the Tokyo menu is almost identical to that of New York’s, Benjamin Steakhouse Roppongi offers its guests the quintessential New York dining experience that is well-known and loved by people from around the world.

The Menu

Benjamin Steakhouse uses only the best USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) prime beef that is strictly selected by the chef. The beef is shipped from US to Japan weekly and kept dry-aged for 28 days in their special aging box. The steak comes lightly seared and the portions are huge. Go with a big appetite and the tender meat will easily satisfy your taste buds. Recommended plates include steak for two (¥16,000), the duet of sirloin and filet (portions for three and four are also available). Chops are also a popular alternative, such as filet mignon (¥9,000), and rack of lamb (¥7,500) (all prices exclude tax).

Although beef is the main draw at Benjamin Steakhouse, seafood is also available. An excellent seafood selection makes for a wonderful surf-and-turf dining experience you will never forget. Options range from seafood platter (¥ 4,800), to fresh oysters on the half shell (¥3,000), to baked clams (¥1,400). The live lobster (market price), either steamed or broiled, will also make your dining experience a bliss.

For drinks, Benjamin Steakhouse has more than 400 kinds of wines from all over the world. With the high-quality wine, you will find your meal even more delicious and enjoy the unforgettable experience only offered in New York.

Not to mention the deliciousness of the food and the fantastic dining environment, the staff at Benjamin Steakhouse treat every customer as their family and guarantee that the customers receive the same level of service that they would get in New York. With the same quality and service as that seen in New York, I would definitely recommend adding Benjamin Steak House to your list of must-go restaurants in Tokyo.

Getting there

Benjamin Steakhouse is a 3 minute walk from Roppongi Station. It is located on the Gaien Higashi Dori.
