If you're driving through Hyogo, make a slight detour to Ajiiru in the rural part of Western Kobe. You can pull over to see the goat and pony, and come inside for a bowl of delicious curry and rice. The homey interior is finished in warm wood and gets especially cozy when the staff lights up the wood burning stove. The combination of great food and atmosphere fills Ajiiru with happy families and makes it a local favorite.
