Latest on Tokyo One Piece Tower [Closed]

Tokyo Tower is an iconic symbol of Tokyo built shortly after the post-war reconstruction era. An incredibly popular sightseeing destination for those looking to get a central view of Tokyo's skyline from 333 meters high. Designed similar to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the red and white landmark has another excellent reason to visit: Tokyo One Piece Tower.

Opened in 2015 within the ground structure of Tokyo Tower itself an array of adventurous attractions awaits. Based on the famous manga One Piece, by Eiichiro Oda, part of the first floor and three more entire floors of Tokyo Tower (3F, 4F, 5F) have been transformed into a pirate lovers wonderland filled with your favorite scenes, characters, and shows from the world of One Piece.

Visitors will start to feel the One Piece inspired atmosphere surround you upon entering the base of Tokyo Tower on the first floor. For One Piece themed snacks and merchandise, check out the Mugiwara Store in the back left corner of the first floor. If you want to take a break with the Straw Hat Crew or have buffet-style lunch at Sanji's restaurant, then the Cafe Mugiwara and Sanji's Oresama Restaurant are located right next to the store. These locations are not part of the Tokyo One Piece Tower amusement park, but they are still interesting to visit before or after to complete the experience.

For those interested in visiting the observatory deck and the One Piece theme park, feel free to buy the combination pass for a significant discount off both attractions. Prices range from around 1,000–3,000 yen for children and adults. If you choose the Live & Park Pass you will have access to the live show as well. Once you have your tickets take the elevator to the third floor!

Third Floor

As soon as the elevator doors open, you will be welcomed by the colorful world of One Piece and life-size statues of Luffy and Chopper. Have a look around and then head over to the ticket counter to receive the One Piece passport (with a unique crew character) which allows you to freely enter and exit the park and its attractions. Upon receiving your passport you will be grouped up with your own crew of like-minded adventurers and manga fans.

360 Log Theater

Take a seat or stand and enjoy an interactive video performance, gathering the most important moments of the manga One Piece. The 360-degree theater will light and dazzle with sound effects breathing life into the artworks of the manga. There is an original Tokyo One Piece Tower character, Tongari Transponder, who resembles a den-den mushi (transponder snail) who will provide guidance to the theme park along the way in Japanese. The gallery ends with an image of the Straw Hat Crew; touch it to discover some interesting effects!

Tongari Port

Here you are! The adventure begins here, where your crew will meet the Straw Hat Crew up close and personal and discover the story behind Tongari Island. Find out how Luffy made this island his territory with by reading the descriptive paintings along the walls. Next to them is a huge illustration drawn by Eiichiro Oda himself for the Tokyo One Piece Tower, combining the crew with the characters of Tokyo Tower, along with the tower itself!

After the gallery, join Luffy and the full gang in a larger than life banquet scene! While some of the crew are enjoying their meal and drink, Zoro and Sanji just cant seem to get along and Franky is doing something very "Super" as usual. The room is filled with amazing lighting and sounds that will help to fully immerse you in the experience. There is really no better place in the world to take photos with all your favorite characters.

A life-sized banquet scene with the entire Straw Hat Crew is waiting for you, to probably celebrate your arrival on Togari Island!

Tongari Store

Near the intricately designed statues of the characters, you can enjoy some shopping at the Tongari Store, where you can buy unique and exclusive goodies, clothes, and other items related to the amusement park and One Piece. The shop here sells items that can not be found anywhere else in the world!

Fourth Floor

The fourth floor is the main event, with seven out of nice of the character attractions of the amusement park located in one place. Each of the attractions are related to one character of the Straw Hat Crew, each created according to the personality and skills of the attributed character.

Zoro's Soul of Edge

The Straw Hat Crew swordsman's attraction is not only a fun interactive experience, but also a challenging test of your speed and precision skills. Bokken - wooden sword - in hand, you will have to save yourself from cannonballs coming from the enemy's ship. If you are not fast enough to slash them in time, they will cause severe damage, taking away from your strength (which you will need to be ready for the final boss).

Brook's Horror House

Near Zoro's place, Brook invites you to his haunted house, full of zombies and scary, strange noises. Before you enter the attraction, a nice young lady explains a bit about what you can expect in the house, with a worried voice that makes you feel uneasy.

She then gives you a small salt ball to dispatch zombies on your way. Do not lose it if you want to escape alive...

Chopper's Thousand Sunny Tours

Now the moment to finally discover the real Thousand Sunny, the Straw Hat Crew's pirate ship, is here! Thanks to Chopper, you will be able to wander around the place, discovering the kitchen where Sanji prepares food for everyone, the toilet, and bedroom (they even have a shower!), as well as a lot of items owned by the Crew that you probably will recognize from the manga and anime.

Franky's Corner

Franky's corner offers a few super attractions! If you wish to rest a bit, take a break at Franky's Cola Bar for a beverage or light meal. This area is also setup for young children to play safely. The main attraction is Franky's Ball Run: a pinball machine in the shape of General Franky where you are assured to win! If you are lucky, maybe you can get the mega rare prize! Try your luck for 500 yen.

Robin's Finding Ponegliff

If you love pirate themed challenges and puzzles, this attraction is for you!

With your Transponder Snail, go around the Tokyo One Piece Tower to find the Ponegliffs and penetrate the secret of the ancient riddle. An amazing prize awaits the smartest minds.

Nami's Casino House

If you are a One Piece reader or viewer, then you will not be surprised to discover Nami's attraction is related to money.

The navigator of the Straw Hat Crew has found a way to run a casino on Tongari Island. The best players can even win a special VIP card. Test your skills on the various casino games and come out a winner!

Usopp's Road to Sogeking

We can't forget about the legendary sniper, Usopp! Test out your skills with the slingshot in this skill based attraction. Slingshot your way to the top and you can become the Sogeking yourself by wining a Sogeking mask. You may need more than one try for this challenge!

Fifth Floor

The Fifth floor is full of excitement as this is where the live shows and attractions take place! When the crew is not performing the live action characters will be available for fans for photo shoots and greetings. These characters really do embody their manga counterparts and it is quite amusing to simply watch them in action!

Luffy's Endless Adventure

Luffy's place is naturally the biggest attraction of the Tokyo One Piece Tower. As the main character of the series, Luffy's adventures and interactions with other characters are the core of the story. Luffy's Endless Adventure is an appropriate name for this attraction, where you can (re)discover Luffy's adventures since the beginning of the manga through an interactive journey. Get lost in the mirrors maze, and stop time at the scene displaying the most important moment of Luffy's life as a pirate. The story ends with a 4D theater, where the various stunning effects will bring even more life into the animation.

One Piece Live Attraction "Phantom"

Without a doubt, the One Piece Live Attraction is one of the most popular attractions at the Tokyo One Piece Tower. Go inside the "Cave Treasure" and experience an interactive live action show where you are not only watching the show, but are also part of it. You will have to give strength to the Straw Hat Crew, who will come to save you from a mysterious enemy, thanks to the magic words you will learn before your journey begins. The current show is Phantom and includes original music from the popular Japanese vocal group GreeeeN!

Using effects, LED lights, and projection mapping, the show creates a unique experience for all One Piece fans. Join forces with your favorite crew, and save everyone from the mysterious cave.

Log Gallery

The Log gallery is a special exhibition displaying various original artworks from the One Piece series. Fans can take photos in a few designed areas and even catch a glimpse of whats to come in the series!
