2020 marks the 80th anniversary of the Nezu Museum Foundation, a mainstay on the Tokyo arts and culture scene. To celebrate this, the museum is hosting a special exhibition from November 14th until December 20th titled "National Treasures and Important Cultural Properties in the Nezu Collection". The event will showcase a range of the museum's most spectacular items from across the East Asian region.

Some of the pieces on display will include the famous "Irises" painting By Ogata Kōrin which was designated as a National Treasure, alongside sculptures, archeological materials, and ceramics which are listed as Important Cultural Properties.

Admission to the special exhibition is priced at 1500 yen for adults, and 1200 yen for students. Do note that the museum is closed each Monday if you're planning a special visit.
