Northeast of Roppongi Station lies a shrine more than 280 years old known as Hikawa Shrine. The walk from the station takes about 10 minutes. Even though it’s near Roppongi, the atmosphere is very calm and quiet. With many trees around the shrine, it was cool even during a mid-summer day. The shrine has yearly activities and festivals which gather many local participants.
