November might not be the month you first think of to see outdoor dance events, but after the hot months of summer, the cooler temperature is actually perfect and still warm enough to enjoy stunning dance performances. During the three day event, over 6000 dancers will perform in different venues in two main areas of the city.
Odaiba Area (day 1)
Different stages will be located on Odaiba island:
- Statue of Liberty venue (free viewing + paid seats available)
- Fuji TV (ticketed viewing)
- Odaiba Central Parade Venue (free viewing, near Gundam Unicorn)
- Stone and Light Plaza Venue
Most of them are close the the iconic Fuji TV building, that is easy to access from Daiba station on the Yurikamome line, or Tokyo Teleport Station on the Rinkai Line. There is also shops offering food and goods from all around Japan on the site. Odaiba offer many other sights such as the Rainbow Bridge as well as many shopping centers.
Marunouchi Area (day 2)
There is dancing in the street in front of the old building of the Tokyo Station. (Tokyo Station, Gyoko-dori Street: Between Maru Building and Shin-Marunouchi Building)
