Cherry blossom fans in Tokyo have a myriad of seasonal events celebrating the blooms to choose from. One of them is the Ark Hills Sakura Festival, which has a variety of ways you can appreciate these much-loved trademarks of spring in Japan.
There will be illuminations of the sakura trees after dark, a "Sakura Yokocho" food stall area with a variety of eats on offer, music performances and hands-on workshops, plus special openings of Ark Hills' roof garden which is normally closed to the public.

There is no admission fee to enjoy the blooms, but bring some yen if you plan on purchasing something to eat.
