Licca is a different type of Italian restaurant in the Nasu Highlands. The food here is fabulous, beautifully cooked with a mix of local and imported ingredients. Most famous for its Risotto, which after cooking is mixed with Parmigiano cheese inside an actual wheel of cheese. It's set in an idyllic rural setting, with lovely relaxing views of the forest that surrounds it, about 40 minutes from Nasushiobara Station. There is lots to do around the area and its a perfect lunch spot in any season.

The way that risotto is cooked, combined with this idyllic, peaceful rural setting...that is pure decadence.
