Every Fukuian loves Mt. Asuwa for a reason: There's everything on this mountain. There is a mountain park at the top of it, a history museum, small zoo, shrines, tea houses, restaurants, etc., etc. And there are trees and flowers, everywhere. Furthermore, as this is only a small mountain, it's quite easy to hike up the hills. So Fukuians, young, adult and old, often stroll the mountain casually to appreciate the beauty of nature throughout the year. Especially in spring and in autumn you can enjoy the casual hike up the Mt. Asuwa to see lovely cherry trees and colorful autumn foliage.
