Japanese Cuisine, Yoshicho

Neighboring International Hotel Ube is Japanese Cuisine, Yoshicho, a restaurant that proudly serves carefully selected seasonal seafood and ingredients in modern, yet traditional Japanese cuisine.

For lunch, the restaurant serves a classic Japanese style meal with two kinds of sashimi, a tempura assortment, side dishes, seasoned rice, miso soup, pickles, fruit, and coffee. There are also fresh seafood rice bowls. For 110 yen more, you can order a seafood rice bowl that is prepared in preference to the staff instead.

Japanese Cuisine, Yoshicho offers limited servings of kaiseki (traditional Japanese cuisine served in courses). The menu changes every month but will typically include two kinds of sashimi, shrimp and seasonal vegetable tempura, side dishes, three pieces of nigiri sushi, and miso soup.
