Cut up with a spatula and enjoy! Instructions to follow...

Step 1: mix up contents of the bowl

Step 2: pour onto hot plate in a circular shape (with oil heated on the plate)

Step 3: cook on each side for 5 minutes

Step 4: add toppings of bonito flakes, chives, and mayonnaise
