Tokyo's Jindai Botanical Gardens are home to around 600 sakura trees in several varieties, with most of them located in the dedicated cherry blossom garden area. An annual festival is held on the grounds when the trees are at their best, and the fact that there are numerous variants including early-blooming okanzakura and late-blooming satozakura means the blossoms can be enjoyed over a longer period.
Along with all of the natural beauty to enjoy, the event also boasts music performances and food trucks on select days.
