If you're already a fan of umeshu—or you'd like to learn more about it—the Japan Umeshu Festival in Tokyo is an event that you shouldn't miss. It's set to include over 170 types of umeshu made by sake breweries all over Japan, and attendees can compare and contrast different samples to find their favorites.
