Many people got a chance to do whatever type of art they can do on a huge white canvas that's behind their designated area.

Some people decided to create fun characters on their art wall or actually write short stories.

Some artists have a whole wall to play with and showcase their style of art so they are able to create artworks that can be seen from the farthest corner of the room.

The entrance to the show is right in the middle of Tokyo Big Sight's main building and it is also where the stage is set up for indoor shows.

At different times on both days you can see many types of performers on stage that include singing and dancing as well as some modern dance crews.

Many people offer prints of their art as well as books, postcards and all kinds of print products.

There are many people attending the show and many of them are dressed according to whatever takes their fancy on that day.

The room is full of wall to wall art including many people that have their own tables to showcase the different art and homemade miscellaneous objects that they are selling.

There's also a stage set up outside with huge speakers, and there are many bands that just go up and start playing very loud music of different genres.

You can hang out and have some food as well as enjoying listening to live bands outside while you're taking a break from the indoor art show.

Many people decide to decorate their own tables and booths in any way they wish including live light bulbs or any other kinds of art objects.

Many people enjoy selling prints of their artworks, so if you like someone's style of art or photography you have a great chance to speak with the artist and purchase their work.

Some people sell different styles of fashion clothing and they are usually dressed in the same vein as the merchandise that they are selling, so you can see how products look like.

There is also an advertisement outside for the location of the Design Festa building and gallery in Harajuku as well as a calendar with the upcoming exhibitions.

The most audacious and fun art show that you can enjoy or bring your family to check out and sample the pure feeling of art. The Design Festa show is on twice a year and lasts two days each time, and you can purchase tickets online from their website or you can buy them at the door. The show has a couple of stages where different bands or dance groups perform, as well as many huge murals with a variety of art showcased as well as being able to speak with professional and amateur artists face to face. Most artists also sell their artwork and you can purchase anything from prints, jewelry, clothing as well as other miscellaneous items. Definitely a show to enjoy and get ready for a blast of amazing art.

It was a lot of fun, I bought a couple of art books, some art postcards (of cats), a cute cat print and a poster from the man that painted the dragon on the wall, he was selling some dragon art prints.
