At the end of April, Tokushima holds an extraordinary art festival. Tokushima’s charming greenery and waterscapes are joined with the light of LEDs (light-emitting diodes). The combination of the city’s infrastructure, rivers and the lights created a magical world, especially pretty around Tokushima central park. A variety of concerts are held around the main spots, although the shows could be found throughout the city centre in different locations.

Looks like a fun event! Do you know if it's still running? The last website update seems to be from 2018.

Great pictures; it really demonstrates the diversity of the event. The umbrellas look so neat! I would like to know if it's a public festival or if there's an entrance fee? And what season it occurs in. Thanks for the story!
