Chichibu is famous for its natural environment and there are many beautiful places to visit. This time I'd like to introduce you to the Icicles of Misotsuchi, or "Misotsuchi no Tsurara" in Japanese. You can only see these icicles from mid-January till mid-February. They also look superb when lit up between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. There is a small restaurant nearby selling miso potato and konyaku miso, well-known delicacies of Chichibu.
