Universal Studios Japan Rides 2022

In a class of its own

Already jam-packed with adventurous rides, USJ looks to take the theme park industry up a notch this year with its new limited-time iconic rides as part of their Universal Cool Japan campaign. Sure to be loved by many, these new rides will feature some famous Japanese anime, manga, video games, and even pop cultures. So if you're excited and giddy to visit, here are the anticipated attractions for you to jump on:

Attack on Titan XR Ride

Face off against gruesome Titans with Captain Levi and the Survey Corps in this VR ride layover which replaces the Demon Slayer XR Ride and will run from March 4 to August 28, 2022.

Monster Hunter World Iceborne XR Walk

Choose your model weapon imbued with special powers and abilities and roam freely inside the VR world of Seliana as you come face to face with the winged monster Velkhana. The attraction will be open until August 28th, 2022, with tickets priced at 2500 yen.

Sailor Moon The Miracle 4D - Moon Palace Deluxe

Starting March 4 to August 28, 2022, this re-release of the 4D show from Cool Japan 2019 will surely keep you immersed starting from your stay in the Moon Palace down to helping Sailor Moon and the Sailor Guardians in defeating a mysterious enemy.

Detective Conan World

Craving a thrilling experience? Why not head to Detective Conan World and check out their three new attractions. Don't forget to visit the themed restaurant which will only be open until June 5, 2022.

Hunter x Hunter 4D

Held at the theater near the entrance of the park, USJ celebrates its first collaboration with the hit manga series. Replacing the Shrek and Sesame Street 4D shoes, the attraction will take you through Gon and Killua's journey and their battle against Hisoka.
