Held annually on the weekend after obon festivities since 1956, the Okinawa Zento Eisa Festival is a large-scale celebration of dance and traditional music. The multi-day affair is held at the Goya Crossroads and Koza Athletics Park, and typically draws in spectator crowds in the several hundreds of thousands.

- Friday 12th September: 7pm - 9:30pm at the Goya Crossroads area
- Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September: 3pm - 9pm and 2:30pm - 9pm, respectively, at the Koza Athletics Park
Admission to the festival is free of charge.
