Half an hour by ferry from Motobu on the western coast of Okinawa Honto, the small island of Ie-Jima is almost completely flat, its one and only prominence the 172-meter Mount Gusuku. There are steps all the way to the top so, though they're occasionally a bit steep, it's not a difficult ascent. Then from the summit you can enjoy a complete panorama of the island, as well as good views across the sea back to the Okinawan mainland.
