On the premises of Eikando, which is famous for its gorgeous autumn foliage, every leaf of maple and gingko trees is radiant in rainbow-colored hue. The official name of this temple is 'Eikando Zenrin-ji Temple', and the scenic beauty of it just leaves you speechless. The best time of a day to view autumn foliage here is close to the sunset. The maple leaves fluttering in a wind start to shine in unison by the setting sun. I visited here on November 19, 2013. In this story the autumn foliage around Hojo Pond is featured.
