Hanaasobi is having a Rose Festival until the 14th June. They are very proud of their rose garden, with more than 450 kinds of roses in 3000 pots which is a feast for the eyes. During the festival, there is a photo competition and many passionate photographers were seen in the garden. It's superb that you can enjoy not only the view but also the aroma. The best time to visit this rose garden is from mid-May to mid-June and from mid-October to mid-November. There is a restaurant, cafe and souvenir shop in the building in front of the car park.

Oh, I totally forgot about this place! We went a few years ago, but it was in winter. I should try to go again now while the roses are in bloom.

There is an building for Geo Park something, so you can visit there too. I didn't have time to see. It was interesting that I smelled sulphur from the volcano there.

Khaoula, visiting here in autumn would be nice too as the color of roses would be outstanding for brown grass/trees.

Olga, it was a nice surprise that the roses were releasing smell. Some kinds don't have any, though.

Bonson, I didn't see rabbits with clock, but there is a very small shed for kids.
