When we traveled to visit Kumamoto Castle recently, we stayed at the Hotel Nikko Kumamoto (Also called JAL). When we travel, we usually try to find the most spacious room at the most reasonable price. We had fortunately managed to find the Executive Suite room 50% off the regular price of 40,000 yen. However, when we arrived, the room was double-booked and other rooms were all fully booked except for one: THE Presidential Suite Room! As the double-booking was their fault, they kindly offered the one and only available room to us...for only 40,000 yen! FYI, this room is usually 230,000 yen per night. Here are some photos of the 130㎡ suite, which we'll never again stay at again for the rest of our lives!
