Naoshima may be best known for its wealth of art, but it's also a place of great natural beauty. Around much of the coast, there are attractive views out over the sea, dotted with tiny islands. Make your way to the west coast near the Lee Ufan Museum at the right time and you'll get to see the sun sink slowly behind the sea, a beautiful sight.
