Seasonal eating is great for a number of reasons - it's fresher, cheaper, and more sustainable for our planet. The Niseko Autumn Food Festival celebrates this train of thought, and the event will include eighteen local restaurants and bars serving up a range of eats and drinks using autumnal produce.
Along with the tastebud tempting goodies on offer, there will also be a variety of live stage performances during the four-day affair.
The best way to get to the Niseko Autumn Food Festival is by heading to Kutchan Station, which is served by the Hakodate Main Line. Free shuttles will operate between the event site and the station throughout the event.
For those who opt to drive, parking is available at Niseko Village opposite the Hinode Hills Hotel. Guests are asked to park here and then walk or take a free resort shuttle for a few minutes to reach the venue.
