The Kutchan Park & Gym, located directly behind Kutchan Station, is a nice place to relax and an affordable place to exercise at. The park has a large water feature surrounded by pine trees and has toilet facilities. The gym, located behind the park, is equipped with a general sports room (basketball, volleyball, table tennis), an indoor running track, and cardiovascular and weight machines. As you enter the gym, purchase tickets at the small vending machine on the right. A 100 yen general ticket will give you access to the running track and general sports room whilst the 210 yen training ticket will give you access to the weights room, cardiovascular machines and running track. The gym is open 09:00 ~ 21:00 daily.

Thanks Michael. I thought the gym was very reasonably priced too.

Those are wonderful photographs of the park; and I really like the idea of reviewing the gymnasium. I'm now inspired to walk into the Koza City and Okinawa Prefectural Gymnasiums myself here in Okinawa City to see what they offer.
