Reasons to use the "GO App"

The “GO App” isn’t simply a service to go from Point A to Point B—you get to experience professional Japanese quality even while in transit. Listed below are some reasons why using the “GO App” will make your trip to Japan considerably effortless.

Missing the last train

The last train in most metropolitan areas is usually around 12am, and the trains don't start back up for the day until 5am. If you’re in a rural area, the last train can be as early as 9pm! With the “GO App,” you can enjoy a night out without having to watch the clock.

Carrying a heavy load

Whether you’re traveling with luggage or about to get all your Japan limited goods, the “GO App” relieves the burden of lugging your items around on a crowded train or bus. You came all this way to Japan—no need to limit your shopping spree!

Traveling in a group

Why not avoid the crowds and get to your destination comfortably, privately, and securely with your group? Better yet, the “GO App” makes it easy to split the cost with others too!

Did your family have a long day hustling and bustling or simply need a relaxing ride back? Select the “GO Premium” option while requesting a taxi for an extra sense of comfort. It’s a larger vehicle, and the driver is highly rated by “GO” customers based on after-ride ratings.

AI Reservation

You can still utilize the “GO App” even if you decide to transit by train. Outside of most major train stations, oftentimes there are vacant taxis. However, that doesn’t always mean they’re available. On the “GO App,” you can use “AI reservation” to specify a date and time at any time you desire—from fifteen minutes to seven days in advance. This reduces the risk of potentially being without a ride to your next destination.

Departing from a Tokyo ward and want a convenient way back to Narita or Haneda Airport? If you make advance arrangements using the “GO App,” you can take advantage of the fixed-rate “Airport Flat Rate” fare included at any time you desire. The “Airport Flat Rate” will be given as an option on the app. Note that expressway tolls must be paid separately.
