The fall festival is beautiful to begin with, but at night it has an even warmer and more unique feel to it. You can watch side by side with the locals as the beautiful and huge festival floats are maneuvered by hand (many hands!) through the narrow streets. Watch as groups of men in special dress push and pull the carts along. Paper lanterns and candles keep the floats lit up and visible in the dark. After the floats have finished their tour, get a bite to eat from the many food vendors ready to satisfy you!
