I encountered this fantastic pop culture shop while roaming around Daimyo. This shop is pretty big and every section has jam-packed displays of almost anything imaginable. The book selection covers a wide range of topics such as photography, art, manga and music in both English and Japanese. There is a great music section as well that’s divided up into stations according to genre. This store is actually part of a chain in Japan. You could easily spend over an hour in here. I got sucked into this shop for ages before I was able to pull myself out of there.

This shop is great for both children and adults. (Photo: Michelle Madden)

The exterior display at the store is only half as exciting as what you find inside. (Photo: Michelle Madden)

Looking at this you can get an idea of how long it will take you to work through a whole shop like this with crammed displays. (Photo: Michelle Madden)

There are so many things to take in you are bound to overlook some things. (Photo: Michelle Madden)

Who doesn't remember the pizza-munching crime-fighting Ninja Turtles? I had to stop myself from buying this. (Photo: Michelle Madden)

For anyone into lomography there is a good selection of cameras, accessories and film. (Photo: Michelle Madden)
