Matsuyama is the capital city of the Ehime prefecture, on the Shikoku island. Along its hundreds of kilometers of coastal line lie some of the most impressive beaches in the country, which remain unknown for most people due to its far location from the city center. Precisely for this reason, the Matsuyama seaside is one of the best spots in Japan to take a dip into the ocean; it is never crowded. The cons: you need a car to get there. But the place is worth a visit.

I've enjoyed drives along the shore and have visited the port at Matsuyama. Taking a boat out in the inland sea is impressive during the day, especially when you see the massive wind turbines on the ridge. Enjoyed your pictures! Thank you.
