Having visited many amusement parks around the world, I think Tokyo Disneyland is one of my favorites. Not only are the staff friendly and courteous, and the park in pristine condition. But the many other Japanese Disney fans around you enjoying the park, who are so excited to be there, make for a fun atmosphere. It really is a great day trip if you are in Tokyo as a family.
